:laugh:What am I working out wrong then?
Its £2 in A and £4 in M so the difference is £2. Do I not get the full difference back plus 10%
I cant seem to switch my brain on at the moment, too many other things going on.
It's £2 in A and £1 in M (on the incorrect information the APG has). That's the glitch. Therefore, price difference, on that information, is £1 plus the 10% of M's "£1" price, a further 10pence, therefore pay £2, APG £1.10, making them 90p.
I have it from A that if there's a glitch, it's up to them to fix it. Meantime, fill your boots!!!!!!!
Ignore msm (you can go by it if you want but it's liable to be risky - items to avoid include McVities Snickers Flapjacks as they compare £1 vs £1.30:eek: (Msm says 65p) and SP Minced Beef & Onion tin 392g as that goes 55p vs, probably correctly, a much higher price for M (and subtracts from the APG therefore) (msm says M N/A)).
My list is more accurate:laugh::laugh::D:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=65363871&postcount=17
I've indicated, with the '' symbols on the list where it is more risky (usually when the information has been taken from msm:laugh::rotfl:).
Spam 340g tins should still work out at £1.99 prices vs £1.25 M when bought in twos (if they are still 2 for £3 in A). M's offer (according to msm:eek:) due to end 27/4 - don't let me rush you;) but it's coming up on last chance. Msm is pretty accurate on that expiry date.
:rotfl:Then again we could find a better offer comes on elsewhere (i.e. T, S or W) and thus we've been overpaying:rotfl::rotfl:. I think chances of that are 'quite slim' (neck sticking out, and neck cutting off, time) but we never know!0 -
Do you think you are the only one with rl problems? Or should we lay it all out so that you can judge who is worthy.
The comments about taking and not sharing were made first by people on here but as soon as that was challenged toys were thrown out of the pram by more than a few on here with their own agenda over fb.
The attitude of 'well I'm not being picked on so I'm alright' is still alive and well on here and a timely reminder not to get sucked back in.
I personally don't like the tone of this post and it saddens me that grown adults can have such malice and vent their feelings with little regard for the effect it might have on others
Many of us struggle and have problems, so why try to score points over something so insignificant and of little importance; surely; it's better to save our energy for what we really value, our families, friends, health and of course what this thread is all about - support, glitching and bargains.0 -

rhosynbach wrote: »good morning all, hope everyone is well,
was going back to catch up was so pleased to see several much loved and missed elite posting , but decided not to read any more as there seems to have been a lot of bad feeling and bickering:(
just wanted to say the elite means a lot to me helped me through a lot of sad and hard times and helped me financially.
since oh accident 2 weeks without any income as he is self employed, things have been really hard and boys have been amazing worked really hard and not grumbled so last night they had a lovely evening treat, I used the profit from the deo glitch and brought them the new hobbit which they really wanted, instead of a takeaway i did bni currys with lots of sides from the freezer and naan bread and prawn crackers with free fizzy then 1p choccies..
they loved it said it was nicer than a chippy tea which we could not afford, and enjoyed the film, this was all thanks to the elite,
so it does not matter who starts the thread or what its called or where the glitches come from as long as we are here to support each other and share surely that is the heart of the elite.:A:A:A
Wonderful post Rhosynbach - I am inspired by that. If being part of the Elite means that people like rhosynbach who are going through tough times can manage, or even better can manage little treats, then it is all worthwhile:grouphug:. If I can benefit too, so much the better!“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”

Off out whilst it's still slightly sunny up north.
Going to wander around town and take photos.
One of my close family members commented how much they would like to see my home town again, but that they felt they were unlikely to.
I plan to make a photobook up of my town pictures, to give to themThe mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -

I find it pleasant and polite when people start their day/afternoon/evening here with a good morning.....or whatever greeting. As ever, anyone is free to scroll past it doesn't take long.
I agree, it's the chat on here that makes the thread as far as I'm concerned. I may not post as much as others but I do appreciate those who keep the thread 'alive' and an interesting place to visit as much as those who post glitchesThere comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ...
