Great idea, redfox! Any chance of deleting the ones that just say good morning / afternoon / evening too? That would cut the thread in half & save reading quite as much bilge!
No it is not a great idea. Lots of people of all ages and experience join in on this thread. People who like a chinwag and a laugh together. Lots of lonely people too who like the friendship involved and who need to share their downfalls and look for support.
I believe there are other threads where you don't have to be bothered by friendly banter. Why not go on there?0 -
cheer1eader wrote: »not sure if this has been posted on here, fb or hukd as i've not been online for a couple of days but in m7s the little easter chocs (aero like bunnies & caramel or double choc eggs) are down from 60p to 15p & are 3 for 2
i got 21 of each on friday for £6.30
ohh & percy pig & caterpillar egg for £1.50 each
Are you sure on your maths there?
3 for 2 would mean getting 21 but paying for 14. At 15p each that would be £2.10?
Looks like you paid 45p each0 -

I must be lookin at the wrong item on msm then as its showing as £4 in M
Hello - good afternoon all!:D
You're looking at the right item* - ignore what msm says regards M as it doesn't reflect what the APG is showing.
The reason is they still collect prices for M instore, due to M only recently having gone online. Msm (i.e. the website) takes prices from online website scrapes - this can differ vastly from the information that has been collected instore. Here, with the Pepsi Regular cans pack, it's obviously a mix-up as they've collected an incorrent price. This has happened before (many months ago, this one long expired) when one size of McVities Jaffa Cakes returned a price of a penny for M instead of £1. I'm not aware of the Jaffa Cakes continuing at that price after it was over. But with M, the instore information is collected only twice a week, so it continues the wrong price for days. This info. was collected last Wednesday. It'll continue into early Monday - possibly into Tuesday though it's becoming ever risky by that point, and cautious me is saying do it today.
*Or at least I'm saying you are, I can't of course tell what you are looking at.0 -
Hi SD glad you must be feeling better if going shopping, hope you enjoyed your creme egg:D
Creme egg was good but I found it too small so had to have a second.
Not feeling much better but need to get out somewhere as going stir crazy, almost 4 months of looking at 4 walls and only getting out occasionally has had it's effect.
School runs start again tomorrow, need to get DS new shoes and maybe new trousers as the old ones got too big around the waist and too short in the leg. I thought I'd bought the next length up but can't find them after my mum tidied his wardrobe while I was in hospital. I'll find them about October though :rotfl:SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
SPC 2014 £1100:D
