I know it's not my place to comment & there's probably a long story behind all this nonsense, but what's the deal? Everybody's been dead nice to me since joining, I've had no issues & hope I haven't caused any but this last couple of days have turned really sour & it's quite frustrating for people like me who just come on here for friendly banter & the odd glitch & then it's "reporting this", "Locarr's a" & all the unnecessary playground nonsense

So much for drawing a line... That worked ... Not :o.

It is your place to say, it is our thread and we all have the right to comment. However, it is very disappointing that there seem to be a small number of people trying to cause arguments or trying to get us closed down. I have been here a while and I still don't get it either, so no wonder new members struggle.

Please can people be nice to each other, it does not make pleasant reading. I come here to relax for the banter and to discuss glitches, not to read arguments.

    Many thanks

It's not you at all chicken, you've been a very welcome addition to the forum. It's best to ignore the nasty stuff and just scroll past. This happens every so often unfortunately for whatever reason.....

Think of the thread as being like a Scottish wedding. Great fun but you rarely get through one without a wee punch up ;)

Ok, so full rewind back to the first single I ever bought...knew all the words and happily 'rapped' in front of people...not sure what I was thinking but good memories!

Yep, hence me being torn as to whether it's better to pay it off.

Inflation will assist in paying it off, as the real term value of the mortgage will decrease making it easier to pay off later.

Can't guarantee inflation , and I don't think that would ever match paying it down.

And having no mortgage means you can earn interest as opposed to paying interest.

Like I say everyone's own decision. I hope to pay this off in 2 years time. And I'm happy to sacrifice till then, although I never feel like I miss out. Especially not with this lots help :)

Oh its been going on for ages. But who knows what's the truth. I just know I get on with most folk but find all this stuff upsetting. Personally I have never had any problems or dealings with Locarr but its no secret that some folk don't seem to like him.

He does like to stir the pot a little and he will admit that. But there is things that he has done that others have to and folk come down hard on him.

Most of the stuff has been said on Facebook and we usually only see it by a "new user" coming over accusing and quoting,

Its all very upsetting especially for our sensitive souls and new users are often treated with suspicion.

We have lost a lot of wonderful , helpful people. I guess it is like school, same kind of folk , loose faceless and nameless in a keyboard.

Can;t remember the OP but I kept for purposes such as this:

    Hope I did that right!
