If it is scanning at that price I should think it'll be removed PDQ. They can get prosecuted now for selling it at that price

    please and thanks

Yesterday in Peterborough the Thornton's shop had those large boxes of Continental for £7.50. BB end August. They also gave you a small pack of milk choc buttons when you spent £5.

    Afternoon all.

Just had an email about Hi-Life offering me the £10 upgrade to Platinum, which I already signed up to yesterday. I take it that means they've figured out what people were doing! Should I ignore it?

I have had same email something about a 12 month platinum upgrade for £10. Wondering what I should do?

    My email said:

Thanks for applying for your free 6 month Hi-Life card from MyVoucherCodes.co.uk. We will be processing your membership shortly.

Due to extremely high traffic on our website yesterday :rotfl: some people were unable to complete the 12 month Hi-Life Platinum upgrade for £10. We are very sorry about this and have been busy fixing the problem.

If you’d still like to take advantage of this great offer please –

    1. Click HERE and enter your unique code xxxxxxxx
    2. Confirm your details are correct and complete your upgrade
    3. Sit back and relax...... we will post your membership to your address

Alternatively, give our friendly customer service team a call on 0800 458 4634.

    Happy Dining.

I am taking this to mean that the six month membership will come to me free. After that I shall use my Tesco clubcard points to buy my next card -- or even the app, which is only £5. That isn't a platinum membership but is still very good.

Maybe old people like me are not that welcome on here. I know that I may not be able to run around the way I used to but I thought that maybe I could have used my great brain to work things out.

    Stick around.

No cheap bacardi in my small superstore, scanned at £15. Shame I forgot my wallet (genuinely for a change!)
