How did you quote me before I'd finished writing perky :)

only joking but it could be me

    Good afternoon Elite
I've had a carp 3 days waiting for MrA Direct and Yodel to sort out the whereabouts of my garden set!!!

Should have come Tuesday morning but Yodel phoned to say they couldn't locate the parcel to deliver it. MrA customer service ring me back and tell me there is now an investigation, but since then heard nowt!! :(

Not a happy bunny as I stayed in yesterday and today waiting for phone call. Nothing. Phone MrA and get s stupid cs saying if I hold the line she will try to track it to see where it is.

Took ages to explain to her that it has already been dealt with and I need to speak to someone higher up the ladder. Now it seems I have to wait for a call from a case manager grrrrrrrrr

MrClarke may get an email soon if my phone don't ring :(:(

I'm not the only one then!! I was also due delivery of the Miami set by Tuesday, have not heard a peep from anyone. Last update on tracking was Saturday when it arrived at hub!! Emailed customer services last night and still no reply. You have just given me the kick I needed to hassle them as it seems not an isolated case!

What is so exciting in the new !!!!!! magazine that people are bulk collecting them?
I did get a few before we were away but I assume this is an even newer one ???

Are we buying loo paper again but does it work out cheaper than buying the Nicky loo paper in home Bargains or FarmFoods?

And what is the base line price for loo paper - is it 25p a roll???

So many imponderables this afternoon :D

My email was an invite to upgrade to 12 months, so in effect 12 months for £10, still not sure I want to extend it though as my sis said when she bought one before, her local restaurant marked the back of the card so you could only eat in there once . Think I'll sitck with 6 months free :D
    David. wrote: »
You signed up for 6 months the upgrade is for a year :)

Ah I see, I just thought they'd figured it out and I'd only got 6 months classic free. Happy days :)
