    Good afternoon Elite
I've had a carp 3 days waiting for MrA Direct and Yodel to sort out the whereabouts of my garden set!!!

Should have come Tuesday morning but Yodel phoned to say they couldn't locate the parcel to deliver it. MrA customer service ring me back and tell me there is now an investigation, but since then heard nowt!! :(

Not a happy bunny as I stayed in yesterday and today waiting for phone call. Nothing. Phone MrA and get s stupid cs saying if I hold the line she will try to track it to see where it is.

Took ages to explain to her that it has already been dealt with and I need to speak to someone higher up the ladder. Now it seems I have to wait for a call from a case manager grrrrrrrrr

MrClarke may get an email soon if my phone don't ring :(:(

Usually set up by banned members/Kids/trouble makers/Trolls/People without backbone or balls to post under their real names.

There are numerous on the 'Elite' threads, some of them prolific posters under their usual names......sad individuals!

I just wouldn't have the time, energy or inclination and would probably end up posting the wrong stuff under the wrong identity:rotfl:

    Afternoon all.

Does anyone know how to get hold of the man at the top, of Harveys, need to complain, as still have no idea when we are getting our sofa, after the annoyance of Fridays dilemma.

Free coffee at KFC. Looks like a good one as well you can print or just show on your phone :D;) Doesn't say you have to purchase anything else either. Valid until 12/5/14

ETA Just looked at the small print in more details. Looks like it's only certain participating restaurants :( Oh well still useful to some people, looks like in and around the Manchester area.
