I didn't in the end, the awful pain had gone this morning so I though I would see how the day went, still felt under the weather lunchtime but as the afternoon went on started to feel so much better and even the ringing in my ears has stopped this evening.

I definitely think the inhaling over bowls of steaming water has worked wonders. I have never been so pleased to have a runny nose before.

Menthol crystals from the chemist work wonders in a bowl of hot water....towel over your head!
I am glad you're feeling better. Just don't go from 0-60 in 6 seconds before you're 100% better
