I totally agree, live life before you get to old x
I agree to a point but in our circumstances, I would rather have backup money so that if anything were to happen then we have that to fall back on and pay our mortgage etc than celebrate my birthday which to me is just another day, I am thankful for my family and being here and having what I have everyday i've never really been one for my birthday I would rather do something fantastico when we feel comfortable with spending the money than having to spend an amount just because it is a designated day. But I do agree with living but within your means.0 -

, you will have a fab time, least your wife had a memorable birthday :rotfl:. I'm the one stopping us from going anywhere fantastico DH would spend every penny on spoiling me if I let him but I can't justify it at the moment
but at least we have a choice which is reward enough for my birthday
.
Sounds like you have a keeper...Well I want a photo of that
Absolutely, every meal I eat haha...did you not see the Bradley vs 7lb burger photo?queen_of_cheap wrote: »I've had salmonella, it's evil-ler than evil

            Fine thanks
not as busy as you have been
Glad you are fine
me busy ..nah that was my quiet week:rotfl: actually I'm freaking knackered :rotfl:
I will be missing at the end of the month for a week or two as well as I will be having my niece and nephew again one of them is only 18 months and I forgot how hard that age is
but it is all for good reasons
my sister has just finished her testing and has been approved for a cochlear implant and has been given a date for four weeks time she has been profoundly deaf since she was 6months old and is in her 30s now so if it all goes to plan it will be life changing for her
