When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Great stuff! £200 expenses claimed by the motorist as well.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'd only be surprised if judges weren't conferring on the issue of PPC court action, given the number of claims these parasites make. what progress the cambridge case makes remains to be seen but tipping point surely cannot be too far away. even the most delusional among the PPC's will be getting close to the conclusion that they're living in a house of cards. they must be bricking it.
congratulations to the defendant. this was a high-value win.0 -
If the Cambridge case does go to appeal (and there's a lot of ground to be covered there yet) then it is likely to be many months before that happens and then the appeal case has to be "won", if you like, before any house of cards might collapse. In any event I would hasten to add that a CoA win would not necessarily seal the end of PPC World as a whole and more probably just one aspect of it. We should be aware that the one thing the companies at the heart of it have proved is their ability to morph. IMO The more lasting damage is likely to be caused (they certainly deserves it) to the credibility of the institutions that prop up the non-industry.
With over £4M a week in the business there's still money to be made. I think the old expression is "make hay while the sun shines"?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
