Money owed from insolvent company

Not sure if this is the right forum. The company I worked for suddenly, without notice shut its doors in March 2013. I received redundancy from the Insolvency Service. I went to an Employment Tribunal and was awarded annual leave pay and lieu of notice pay. The company has now gone insolvent. Will I be able to claim these payments now?

Why didn't you include your unpaid notice and holiday pay on the RP1 form you completed for The Insolvency Service?0

I did but they said as the company was not insolvent I could only claim redundancy payment. I have found the company has just gone insolvent so hope I can claim holiday pay, etc.0

I'm confused. The Insolvency Service would have only paid out your statutory redundancy if your employer was formally insolvent (there's a big clue in the name). When you completed your RP1 form last year who sent you the form and who did you return it too?0

The Insolvency Service paid my redundancy as the company did not pay me anything, and just closed the doors! They said an official receiver has to be appointed before I can claim any back pay, holiday pay etc. I went to an Employment Tribunal and was awarded these, but I am hoping I can claim then now the company has officially gone insolvent in April.0
