You could make a post offering it to whoever replies first.

I've still got a spare. I'm a bit disillusioned to be honest. I've given one away with no thanks and the other person didn't respond.

The one that didn't respond is (like a lot of the requesters) a very low-post-count user.

odd too - in the past, it's been really difficult to get hold of these. I would have expected people to bite my arms off!
