booked Hendra for three nights on August 22nd and received confirmation of payment but no second e-mail to confirm booking details. Foolishly didn't make a note of the booking number - anyone had the same?

I know there's limited availability, but on the haven website I can see caravans available but nothing on the sun deal. Why put some sites on if there's nothing. I tried last night when it opened and no availability for any times/dates so why have it up
