It's still not letting me in from sun + members site just says coming soon on where there will eventually be a link to book
thanks for the update - this sun + option for booking is going to take some working out to see if it is worth it or not..... (i.e. worth joining just for the holiday promotions if you don't want the other perks)
I am surprised to see that so far the sun+ people are just as worse off as us..... i.e. both worse off than in the good old days when the site opened at 5pm and cracked by 5.15pm
right well - i am going to get the sofa bed out so i can keep snuggled up whilst refreshing but DH has gone up to bed and is sure i will doze off before midnight....
arghh - is it worth it? I keep checking the booking direct websites to check the prices to give me some motivation0 -
hi yes ive stayed in the haven sites in Scotland and there was lots for the whole family and regular buses too if you don't drive the one I recommend is the haven site in Craige Tara site Number 177
hope that helps0 -
While we are passing the time - what would peoples suggestions be for Devon/Cornwall ? I've never even been remotely close to the area so purely working on the blurbs, and trip advisor0

Never been camping in Devon or Cornwall but I did love St Ives area so I would recommend trying to get close. Hendra always gets good reviews.Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*
£11,860.00 needed = £1,106 in savings

Depends what type of Park you like, Devon Cliffs is Haven's flagship park, it is huge, fantastic swimming pools, beach on site and lots to do, but some people find it too big.
I personally prefer the small parks closer to Torbay, but mainly because I know the area very well and spend more time out of the park.0 -
Shhhh. Don't tell anyone but challaborough bay is lovely!!0

Missuscolombo - highly reccomend hendra in newquay. We went last August and it was lovely. 10mins from fistral beach and we were lucky with the weather so felt like we were abroad the beaches are beautiful. Great swimming water place at hendra with slides and outdoor pool too. We Never got asked for our passes so if I went again I wouldn't pay for them. Also we didn't see much after 7pm ish as our baby was only 6 months (so we were all tucked up in bed!)0

Devon Ciffs is my first pick - but think it is unlikely I will be lucky enough
I'm looking for something that can entertain a 3 year old and a 16 year old - (even if it means sending the 16 year old off site on one of the surf schools)0 -
Haven's Riviera Sands is in Hayle, Cornwall, not far from St. Ives which is stunning. The park is right on the beach. As for Devon, Haven's Devon Cliffs is excellent, has direct beach access as well, even though both steep.0

Haven Perran Sands in Cronwall is also very good, as is Devon Cliffs,
steep walk down to the beach at Perran Sands but worth it..0
