I'm on google chrome, I installed an extension. If I remember rightly I googled auto refresh for google chrome and installed one called Easy Auto Refresh from ksoft

You just then click on the arrows next to the favourites star and input your refresh time and click start.

Though make sure that you turn it off once the site goes live otherwise you'll keep having all your information deleted when it refreshes.

Iv ran out of milk for a brew and wine!!! Plus I am also entertaining a 3 year old that is spinning super heroes in my face!
