Hi Saucygurl, from what I understand you open up the spreadsheet that has been put on earlier in the thread, and put the details from your priority booking form, and then the number of which letter you want to start. Hit button 1 and it will do the hard work for you.

You just have to say which letter you are going to do so we don't have 2 people doing the same one.
