Hi,
If on maternity, do I say yes or no to 'do you currently do paid work'?
Thanks

How long have you been on maternity leave?
You answer yes if within the first 39 weeks, but no if you are in the last 13 weeks of 52 weeks. However, you need to have been in paid work immediately before maternity leave of the required number of hours in order to qualify for the first 39 weeks.

It's a yes then, thanks. One more question, do I need to send the child's birth certificate with the working tax credit form? I can't find anything that says so.0
