Electoral Roll query

Hi guys,
So I've recently received a card to vote through to my "term-time" address (I'm a uni student)
When I'm writing applications for cards, loans, finance etc which address do I put down? I live away from home 9/10 of the time, but I understand if in the applications, the addresses don't match up it can be a problem?
If I've received a poll card to my term-time address that would lead me to believe I'm on the electoral roll for this city?
Thanks in advance,
GreenLightLuke
