hay have received a parking ticket whilst parked in cleethorpes car park for a hour for being parked beyond the bay markings , i was in a ford transit disabled bus and parked over two bays length wise as the tail gate has to be used , the bus clearly had a disabled parking permit and was parked in a quiet part of the car park where there were plenty of empty spaces , and help please .

it wont be a fine either , its either a penalty notice or a parking charge

its a penalty charge of £50 reduced by half if paid within 14 days and it is a council owned car park.
