I'm guessing a builder would be aware of all this and erect the fence in my land? Possibly he'd need a copy of my plans.. or something.
Are you suggesting you will contact a local builder and instruct him to replace the fence? And he will know where to erect it?

    :rotfl:

He's a builder, not a solicitor. Or surveyor. He will erect it where you tell him to.

If you don't give specific instructions, he'll guess.

Well they recently moved in.. they're not guaranteed to have a landline (we don't'!), or be on direct enquiries even if they do.

Tried streetview, no joy. It's a cul de sac so the numbering could actually be one of four numbers. I'll find out soon anyways. :)
