Legal & General vouchers stolen

Hi
Im new to this but just wanted to make people aware that I applied for the £75 Legal & General vouchers by renewing my insurance with them. They came in the post today, minus the vouchers!! There was a small tear in the end of the envelope. Im annoyed as the company had sent these out via normal royal mail post, in a basic envelope and there were 7 vouchers (as it states the serial numbers on the letter enclosed) which would mean, they would have been quite bulky and easy to detect.
Really am disappointed, as I now have to wait for Legal & General to call me back, without any confirmation I will actually get replacement vouchers  Just wanted to make people aware of this and wondered if it had happened to anyone else on here?
Thanks

I'd also complain to Royal Mail, theft is a serious offence. Maybe M&S can cancel the vouchers if you've got the serial numbers?
I took up a different offer with L&G and I'm expecting my vouchers soon, hope they arrive OK as £60 is a lot of money.0 -
A guy in my local used to supply almost any gift vouchers on demand, he worked at a Royal Mail sorting office and apparantly most of the gift vouchers were sent out directly by the suppliers from certain addresses and the dodgy staff knew these addresses and would tax the letters whenever they wanted vouchers0
