Problems with Hotmail to Yahoo?

Anyone had a problem reently, or know of a fix? I am not receiving emails to my yahoo account from hotmail members, but receiving from everyone else.
They bounce back to their hotmails and tell them they have been delayed twice then fail.
3 Hotmail frineds have informed me of this, but I'm receiving everything else?

Add the domain hotmail.com to the list of friendly addresses.0

I think it's a case of going to the Spam folder, selecting one and clicking the Not Spam button.
Just had to reactivate my Yahoo account so not got any at the mo.0
