Marston's - not heard anything since!

Options
I had a parking ticket from the council for £82 which escalated to bailiffs (Marston) knocking on my door on two occasions. I ignored the beast at my door, disputed the horrendous charges over several letters back and forth... I haven't heard anything since Sept 2013 to date. I don't want to presume alls forgotten - any idea?

Its was a parking charge from the council, NOT a fixed penalty.

What date was the warrant issued originally? They are valid for one year, however the council can go back and get another.

Check with the TEC if a warrant is still in force.

Not the ticket the date the warrant was issued. The warrant may still be in force, even if out of date Marstons may well try and collect.
It seems strange they haven't been back but it doesn't mean they wont come back.
You need to confirm if they have an active warrant.

I would post about it on pepipoo. Why haven't you just appealed it much earlier and won like everyone pretty much does on that forum?

If you didn't get the NTO or other letters from the Council then you may be able to rewind this whole thing and win it.
