hi all
i have a cat who has some kind of skin allergy - basically licks a lot, vomits a lot etc
we have been going back and fore to vet for a few years, she suspects flea and flea treatment sensitivities, on top of ?IBS
she usually has a steroid jab, then it clears up a little then gets worse.....we have tried various prescription dried food which made no difference.........she also wears a cone most of the time which of course stops the licking but she is miserable because i then keep her inside....
so i have from today to feed her fish only for a few days to settle tummy, then add in steroid tabes instead of the usual jab.....but i need to explore foods for her after this.
the vet advised against raw food as i have an infant in the house
i am happy to cook fish daily for her - but what else will she need to compliment her diet? it will also be trial and error with her tummy.....
i've googled and can't google anymore
i also have another cat who is fine (but fat) , and so will need to now feed seperately.
any help out there please?
