I've emailed Pigsback about the missing 100 points from teh new site promotion but they have told me to forward the email i receieved so they can check up on this.

The only email I recieved about the new site promotion doesn't mention the 100 points in the newsletter. Does anyone know if this is the email they're after?

i think it could be my computer - it keeps saying error on page and nothing is happening now when i try to get to the voucher i want - it wont even let me get to the page to confirm my addres....thanks thothanks for the email ady - i will email them now...thanks all

Thanks Lucy. I didn't realise that you only get the points if you'd had some piggypoints expire - I just followed the link that someone posted on here. Thanks to that person anyway but I probably won't get the points if I forwarded my email.

The link you clicked onto was a promotion pigsbck was doing i think,by clicking on the link which i posted a few wks ago leads you straight to your piggy page and by clicking on the link you get 100 points credited thats it,nothing to do with points being expired well mine wernt any way,alot off people got the 100 points credited to there piggy accounts but alot didnt my nephew didnt and a couple off my friends didnt either,perhaps theve stopped the promotion now.
