It has to be an issue with pigsback vouchers, I used the nectar half price offer for some Dr Who DVD's for my DH on Saturday evening and they've arrived from Hong Kong this morning! I've never had a problem ordering from CDWow when paying with cash or nectar. Maybe Pigsback aren't paying CDWow for the vouchers or something like that, so cdwow aren't honouring vouchers they haven't been paid for until they've been paid? So maybe CDWow aren't at fault but Pigsback is? Just a thought

Nothing to do with Pigsback - mine were both bought by card - both cancelled after four weeks, no cds, no apology nothing. My OH has just bought one with his piggy points... it's a mainstream one so should be ok...

Not good value for 30p, and I'll skip it.

    Thanks anyway, Jules!!

I ordered a CD on 29 June by credit card through the pigsback site. On the tracking page of CD Wow it says still awaiting shipment. I contacted them yesterday, had an acknowledgement but no reply as yet. Haven't had to wait this long before.

Same here except I ordered mine on 6th June. Got so fed up with being fobbed off by CD-Wow (who never told me about the fire), that I emailed Pigsback and below is their reply which I received today. We''ll just have to wait and see.......

We have received the below response from CD WOW with regard to the
    delay in goods being delivered:

"Due to unforeseen circumstances - there was a fire in the building
where our warehouse is based. Whilst we are on the 19th floor and the fire
was on the 7th floor, it has unfortunately interrupted business for a
few weeks as no goods could be received in/dispatched out since the
elevators were out of service whilst the Fire Department carried out their
investigations as to how the fire occurred.

This also affected the systems which we normally use to send out
notification of items being delayed/out of stock since we could not access
these particular systems to send such email notifications.

I can fully appreciate the frustration caused and wish to reassure you
that it is most unusual - business is now getting back to normal and we
are are doing everything to try and catch up with the backlog of goods
arriving into our warehouse so that we can fulfill your order as soon
    as possible

Once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused."

Therefore, apologies for this delay however you will receive the items
    you have purchased.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Thanks for your mail,

    Kind Regards,

    Lynn
