i am the same - waiting for an order from 3 weeks ago - apparently they are 'awaiting stock from their suppliers' - maybe the poor supplers haven't been paid

that was the answer i got after the first email, after the second email i got told they had exhausted all their supplies and cancelled my order...

    Hi

Glad to see some winners again :)

I registered with ebay and placed a bid etc, using the links on pigsback but didn't get my points. I emailed them and they say that ebay did not notify them of it so I must not have used the links on the site. I know I did though!! Has anyone else had this with ebay? Did you get your points?

    Thanks

Classic FM’s new Babies CD is out on the 27th July and costs just £16.99. Register your email address now to get a reminder of it's release on the day. Every Pigsback.com member who signs up for this one-off email will be entered into a draw to win one of 30 Classic FM box sets worth £80. Each set includes titles such as ‘Baroque n’ Roll’, ‘Relax & Escape’ and music from Patrick Hawes- resident composer at Classic FM.

Did you know that classical music helps to aid the development of babies in the womb and can also help your new-born to get to sleep? It makes sense when you think about it, The Mozart effect helps not just babies, but everyone to relax and focus.

I wouldn't touch CDWOW with a barge pole at the moment. I'm currently waiting for a game ordered at the beginning of June and a DVD ordered mid-June. My OH is also waiting for a CD ordered mid-June. I hasten to add that these were all ordered with Pigsback vouchers, I certainly wouldn't trust them with my money at the moment! I think it's only a matter of time before they go bust.
It has to be an issue with pigsback vouchers, I used the nectar half price offer for some Dr Who DVD's for my DH on Saturday evening and they've arrived from Hong Kong this morning! I've never had a problem ordering from CDWow when paying with cash or nectar. Maybe Pigsback aren't paying CDWow for the vouchers or something like that, so cdwow aren't honouring vouchers they haven't been paid for until they've been paid? So maybe CDWow aren't at fault but Pigsback is? Just a thought

I ordered a CD on 29 June by credit card through the pigsback site. On the tracking page of CD Wow it says still awaiting shipment. I contacted them yesterday, had an acknowledgement but no reply as yet. Haven't had to wait this long before.

I expect the CDWow problems are at least partially due to the huge fire in their warehouse a couple of months back.
