You are correct, in that we never asked members to keep confirmation mails for the uSwitch offer.
However as we do not have a report from them, which is required to credit PiggyPoints, we are manually updating members accounts at our own cost.

To do this we're asking members to provide proof of the transactions by way of the confirmation mail.
At the same time we have been in touch with uSwitch to request the report from them as a matter of urgency.

I do understand if you took up the offer in good faith, that you are disappointed. I can say that as soon as this report is sent on we will credit the accounts of the members who are waiting.
It isn't fair that anyone should have to wait, but in the current situation we cannot credit any PiggyPoints to your account without the report or the confirmation emails mentioned below.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel Mallon

I'm really very angry now

Soooooo....even if we didnt keep our confirmation emails we should eventually get the points...when uSwitch get their bl**dy act together and send PB the report??

    A clickthrough looks like this:

    ctrm9.png

Is he sure he knows they look like this since the change of site?

Also, are his categories of interest all ticked in his account?
    Cake please...

Just to let you know I posted earlier saying will check if it was my dad that won a quiz. I have had a reply from him and it was him. He had not done a quiz after thursday. Not bad won a quiz that he did not enter. I have also e-mailed them about missing birthday points and still no answser regarding them. I am not happy about missing out on 50 pts.

Don't know if anyone from Pigsback reads this forum so, hypothetically, if a person had just been credited with loads of Piggy Points for a £300 item which she'd bought 6 weeks ago, and sent back, and forgotten about....what should the hypothetical person do? And are they likely to be taken back off the unnamed hypothetical person? (if not, then :j)
