I was pretty sure there was a Ticketmaster link on PB that I could go through and earn some lovely points. I''l be blowed if I can find it though. Was I dreaming or is this another thing to fall by the wayside on this new fangled website carry-on?
Hiya and welcome. I'm pretty sure Pigsback pulled Ticketmaster from the site some time ago.

You are correct, in that we never asked members to keep confirmation mails for the uSwitch offer.
However as we do not have a report from them, which is required to credit PiggyPoints, we are manually updating members accounts at our own cost.

To do this we're asking members to provide proof of the transactions by way of the confirmation mail.
At the same time we have been in touch with uSwitch to request the report from them as a matter of urgency.

I do understand if you took up the offer in good faith, that you are disappointed. I can say that as soon as this report is sent on we will credit the accounts of the members who are waiting.
It isn't fair that anyone should have to wait, but in the current situation we cannot credit any PiggyPoints to your account without the report or the confirmation emails mentioned below.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel Mallon

Exactly, this seems to be the fault of uSwitch, not Pigsback.

I'm assuming that they've been paid by USwitch, or will be in the future. So how is that they are updating everyone at their "own cost". I think it's a bit cheeky - if it were a one off, it wouldn't matter but we've seen this from PB far too many times.
