How long do you recon it will take for the uswitch points to arrive? I ordered the water saving bag.

Its great news that I am low usage. (either I am dirty, and dont wash or there is something wrong, I dont have a shower and 2 of us use the bath, and hosepipe in the summer, and still low usage.

We do practice the loo mantra "if its yellow let it mellow, but if it is brown, then flush it down", so we only tend to flush about 5 times a day (more often if we have visitors)

Scrooge, the water saving bags can take a month or two to arrive. I use a 2 litre plastic drinks bottle filled with water and put into the cistern. You can also use bricks if you've got any spare. Basically anything that takes up volume in the cistern will work.

i had better not let my o/h see that, im always being told off for using too much water as we are on a meter lol

My friend recons she will save water when her husband will allow her to give all her clothes to charity every week and buy more, then they can get rid of the washing machine.
