There is a link for phone, one for gas & one for water.
Take the water link - one on third right.
start filling in the details.
When you get to page 3 of 5 there's a bit half way down the page that says 'tell me about some money saving ideas'
Choose the first option - something like 'use a water saving device'.
then you get to order a hippo. confirm your address & 'order'
