Thanks for that! We are going to keep track of how much water we use for a week before signing up for the water meter though to make sure it wont work out more expensive otherwise the £30 vouchers wont count for anything

There is a link for phone, one for gas & one for water.

Take the water link - one on third right.

start filling in the details.

When you get to page 3 of 5 there's a bit half way down the page that says 'tell me about some money saving ideas'

Choose the first option - something like 'use a water saving device'.

then you get to order a hippo. confirm your address & 'order'

Hope that makes sense!

Just tried ordering that water device - won't accept my mobile number as a valid number, and we don't have a landline number at the moment, so I can't use that.

just put in your area code followed by 000000;)

lol i did the other day and already begining to regret it
i thought id order the badgirls dvds which i dont have....they send one dvd at a time lol

oh dear, seems a bit daft, you'd think they would send the full set as one dvd really wouldn't you?
