If like me, you are are not that active on Pigsback, keep an eye on your points! Since they changed the rule recently about points expiring (it used to be 12 months, now if you aren't active for 6 months they remove them), and because I have not completed any transactions for 6 months they have removed all my points! This is despite being awarded some points (a referral) in May.

I'm pretty annoyed because when they changed the rule it just said you had to visit the site at least every 6 months, not earn points. But they are saying they have no record of my visits - and I can't prove it because I didn't earn any points.

This has probably been asked before but on skimming through the posts I can't find it. My DH asked me to log into his account to check his balance, when I do this it lets me log in using his details BUT it's showing my name & my balance on the screen! How do I check his balance for him? Thanks


EDIT to add when I click on My Account at the top it's asking for the password again, I enter it & it says doesn't match but when I enter MY password it works for my account not his, I'm logged into his when I'm doing it.

Try clearing your cookies. I have this issue when I'm at work and can't change the internet settings but at home I just clear my cookies and it's all fine again!
