I got my birthday points today as well. Hurrah only just over a month late.

Can anyone explain what and how many birthday points are? are they given automatically? i guess not by the time people have had to chase them up! Also i put in for a £10 boots voucher on the 1st august, still nothing so emailed them and they said it was processed on the 3rd and would be sent out within 3 days.. usually i recieve pigsback post really quickly but still nothing - has anyone ever had a reward go missing? hope the postie hasn't nabbed it!

More info has been sent to me today by people having difficulty getting into the Mobyko quiz. But I know some of you guys out there are having problems and keeping quiet!!

I understand the reasons why: what am I going to do with your email addies, etc? Well, reply to you once, then nothing else!

Feel free to do what I did, i.e., create a gmail (or hotmail, or Yahoo, etc) account just for this purpose. I shall bin the mobyko.probs AT gmail.com addie when I've reported back.

Meantime, let's hit PB with as much info as we can, then they can't ignore us. Send details of your browser and Windows/Mac/Linux/etc software to me [EMAIL="mobyko.probs@gmail.com"]here[/EMAIL].

birthday points are automatic but with the changes made to the site, and to be honest a bit before then too, they have taken a while for some people's to come through....


is there still an option to get the 50pts when you update your demographics? i cant find it so if anyone has a link that would be great.

ooh... got me birthday points... had an email telling me they had already been added.
Maybe it got fixed or the late points are on some people's account and not on others!

Anyone know how long it takes for the rehab rewards to be credited to your rehab account? I know it says up to 7 days on pigsback just wondered if anyone had done this already and how long it took?
