I have ignored a PCN received in Northern Ireland. Today I received a follow up letter demanding £100 since I haven't paid within the 30days.
Do I need to take any action, or do I continue to ignore? Is it legal for them to attain my details through DVLA?
Thanks in advance!

Just continue to ignore - POFA was not enacted in Scotland or NI, so no keeper liability and no appeal process.
Sadly they can get your details - the pros and cons of which are discussed on many threads already but you are in no way obliged to respond to them or the threatening letters from their fake debt collectors.
Check the Newbies sticky in this forum for the most up to date info and the pre-POFA letter chain thread for a fair idea of the rubbish they are going to send you.0 -
Thanks for your reply, I look forward to receiving their further attempts to extort money from me along with SEVERAL spelling mistakes throughout...:rotfl:0

So continue to ignore, ignore and ignore some more.

AND, if you really want to stop Private Parking Companies issuing fake tickets, respond to this Stormont consultation, and get all of your friends and colleagues to do likewise.
