Super Chunky - sewing up advice please

HI,

I have recently knitted a lovely wrap with King Cole ultimate super chunky - which is a very thick yarn, very similar to what you can create with a "knitting nancy".

However, it unravels very quickly and it is proving difficult to weave in the ends.

Has anyone used this yarn or can offer suggestions? A friend sugessted using a crochet hook.

thanks in advance

  • I would split the ends into at least two and weave in each part separately. I have done this before and it works a treat - it isn't noticeable and is actually more secure because the yarn is held in position in different places so is less likely to work loose.

    hope that helps
