    just found out, the claims company had a obligation to tell me the offer from the bank before they accepted it. so your wrong moneyineptitude. so they have broken there own legally binding contract. so i will not be paying them a penny.

    You will, otherwise they'll first set debt collectors on you and ultimately take you to court. You'll only win if what you say is detailed in the contract you signed, it won't be. The Bank didn't make any "offer", the Ombudsman awarded you full redress.
