Disney cakes & sweets waffle maker

i saw the disney cakes & sweets magazines and thought they looked like something i would have a look at and maybe purchase a few of. i went on the website and saw with the more expensive subscription you got some extras one of which was a mickey mouse waffle maker.

so i went for the most expensive subscription they do in order to recieve the extras, when the mickey mouse waffle maker arrived it is only for gas cookers! nowhere did it say this before subscribing and if i had known this i wouldnt have taken the more expensive subscription as i wasnt bothered by the other bits.

i feel it was unfair that i paid extra to get something which i now cant use. on the cakes & sweets facebook there where alot of complaints about it as a lot of people signed up for the waffle maker but then wernt able to use it due to not being told it was only for gas cookers!

is there anything i can do? ive emailed them but they have just said they will cancel my subscription from the next lot. but i wouldnt have taken the subscription at all if i wasnt able to use all of the items.

i know it sounds really trivial but i was really disappointed by it
