help with different builders' quotes

    Unless you live in flats, changing a cowl would be allowable and practical without the builder having to get scaffold. Otherwise you'd have tv aerial companies getting scaffold?

    As for the render if all you are going to do is paint then again I personally wouldn't get scaffold unless you lived in a tall building.
