JSA - Forgot to inform of 1 weeks work

Hi All, I wondered if somebody might be able to help me. Last year at the end of March I took voluntary redundancy. I lived off this until I started looking for a job in early August '13 when I signed on.
At the end of August, I did 1 weeks bar work for a friend. I then forgot to mention this fact when I next signed on (I really did forget due to stresses at the time with money/looking for job and relocation). A couple of weeks later I landed a new job and moved to a new city.
Now, after working for the last 6 months, I realised that I have been over charged on tax and should be due a rebate (due to the fact I was not working for 6 months). I have obtained my P45 from the JC and have details of the job at the bar. Then I realised I hadn't declared that 1 weeks work.
What can I do? I want to inform HRMC of the error and would like to pay back the JSA claimed I should not have been paid but I'm worried that I could be prosecuted.
Does anybody know what the best course of action would be?
Thanks

You won't be prosecuted. If you want to repay the money then write them a letter with all the necessary details asking them to let you of any overpayment. Make sure you keep copies of all paperwork."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0
