all interesting thanks! any my store has a new self service coffee machine!

We have 2 coffee machines in our store and the one nearest the entrance is regularly needing maintenance because of heavy usage. The other one is behind the patisserie counter so the assistant has to prepare it. Yesterday I was told that she spent all the morning serving coffee & she reckoned that she was using 4 large bottles of milk every hour. Well, everyone does like a freebie!

it's the same with our local it has always run out of milk or is full of coffee grounds! but hay if it's free it's worth the wait!

I have to say I quite like the set-up at JL FH Oxford Street. You need to present a receipt first, but you can choose your milk - full fat/sk/k etc.
