Barclaycard email address ??

Does anybody of an email address for Barclaycard ? Of course they don't display one anywhere as that would be too helpful, instead i have to phone at a great expense.
Problem is i'm currently abroad, spent ages on the phone last night to them costing me a small fortune and just talked to a robotic voice who repeated everything 3 times until i ran out of credit on my phone.
Just phoned again and a voice kept telling me of my balance and credit limit even though i didn't ask , surprise, surprise, kept me on the phone costing me money, technical difficulties so asked me to phone back later. Brilliant.
If anybody knows of an email address it would be good.

The only Barclaycard email address I have used was for a complaint. If it's for a normal enquiry, Barclays site has a Live web chat thing on this page, may help?

Email is not a secure form of communication.

Please do NOT use email to send confidential information about your account. You can use their website to contact them about matters in general, or if you have online account access, then use their secure messaging system to contact themm about your account.

Otherwise, you'll either need to call them again or write to them via letter (not email)

Thanks for responding. I am not trying to send confidential information about my account, i am trying to send a message about how much money i have wasted getting stuck in their automated queues, talking to people that i don't inderstand, talking to people that are telling me things that i haven't asked for, etc, etc, etc.

I cannot use their secure messaging system as i can't acces my online account.
    That is the current problem.
Yes, i think i'll write them a letter whilst abroad to sort the problem out, brilliant.

If that's all you are writing to them about, can it not wait till you're back in the UK if none of the options suggested are any good?
