small amount of charges from lloydstsb

in the past 4 years with lloystsb, i have gone over my overdraft limit only twice. Each time they charged me £30.

ARe claims as low as £60 considered? I have already gone ahead with the claim. I have been such a fantastic customer all through, They have refused to refund, so I am planning to go to the Financial Ombudsman.

Am I being right here?

Yes go for it. Doesnt matter how small the claim is the money is yours. I would go all the way. £60 in your pocket is better than in theirs.
