Patio Paving Quote

I am looking at paving a tile Patio in my backyard. The area I want to cover is 5mX3m = 15 sqm. there is a lawn currently which will need to be digged, gravelled and tiled in order to make the patio level with the ground. The tradesman told me the job will take 1.5 days and he quoted 525 Pounds for the work (labour only) which I thought was on the higher side. As per my understanding, the tradesman rate for this kind of job is 150 to 200 GBP (I may be wrong) in which case it should be about 300 to 350 GBP maximum for covering 1.5 days work.
Can some one advise me the day rate or per sq.m rate for paving a Patio? I live in Warwickshire.

I am in Lincolnshire and recently had a patio installed in my back garden the costs I was quoted for material and labour was:-

1. £50 / sq metre for block paving
2. £75 / sq meter for sandstone paving

Hey, thanks for that reply. it is helpful. I have been now given another quote of 90 per sq m. by another contractor - ie material and labour for Mid range tile paving (the B&Q granite, Bradstone Panach ones) Quote seems to be higher compared to urs.

15m x £90 = £1350. So there is over £800 of materials? And can you. Not use the '£' sign?
