Whenever I call any EA during 09:00 and 10:00, I am always told that they are "busy" in meetings.
It is same for all EAs.
What exactly they do in these meetings?

Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

They just all confirm what houses they've got on the go - problems and what stage they're at. Then gossip about other agents and what they're up to.
You'd think they'd hold the meetings at 8.45 and be ready to open at 9am .... although, really, that's a crazy late time to start work. I'd have them starting at 7.30am so they're available early for hard working people to be able to reach them

In my experience they generally talk a lot about what they are going to do and lose an hour of the working day to actually do what they have been talking about!I am a Mortgage Adviser
