Hello, I am completely new to this, and I am at a loss.
I need to claim PPI - i have no idea how to start as I do not have any of the paperwork anymore and I cannot remember the dates etc. I have had a couiple of loans and a store card, can I claim on all? especially if I have no paperwork?
