Access Card

I used to have an ACCESS Card by Midland bank in the late 1970's to late 1980's
I know that there was an insurance on the card but I do not have any statements from that time
Can I still claim and would this CPP apply to me as well?

If you do not have any statements, what makes you think the bank would hold information on accounts closed some 25 years ago?

Here is a previous threat on the same topic:

Claims relate to mis-selling. You need evidence of such.
    Was it mis-sold?
If so, what evidence do you have?
If you have no evidence (or cannot obtain it) then any claim is a non-starter I'm afraid.

If you have, or can otherwise obtain, the evidence and details of the charges incurred as a result, then why not make a claim? There's a couple of great MSE articles on this
    Good luck! :)
