I have just received a £90 parking charge notice from parking eye for overstaying the time limit in a free MacDonalds car park (£54 if payed within 14 days of issue date). Spent all evening trying to read everything and understand it all but am feeling a bit overloaded by all the info so just need some help/advice on next course of action. Am I ok to just use the appeal template plate letter to send to Parking Eye initially. Can I use it as it is or do I need to reword any of it? I don't have any receipts or anything else to send. I assume they will reject this and then I will need to go via POPLA but any advice would be very welcome. Cheers.
