Yep theres alot of people about who for some reason can't park properly, maybe they need an eye test.0

I went for an eye test but couldn't find anywhere to park . . .0

We appear to have a lot of people around here who can't park. A lot can't tell the difference between the road and pavement. And then there's the ones who park half a foot from near the kerb.

I'm not the best parker admittedly...
Well don't accept mediocre driving skills, get practicing and improving.0 -

That space in the photo though, to stay within the white lines (and not get a parking ticket) means it's for two minis, or one regular sized car.... or a car/trailer or minibus. Not for two regular cars to be able to park and stay wholly within the white lines.0

I can park anywhere .... what I do struggle to do though is get out of the car once I'm parked. many parking spaces are too narrow - and it only takes the next car to park a bit wonky or close to the white line and you can't get in. I always park on an end spot, so I know I can get back into my car when I return!0

This afternoon, I went to Aldi and parked on one of the spaces to the perimeter of the car park. which is right angle to a row of car park spaces. Whilst inside Aldi, some idiot parked next to the row of cars - yet there were loads of car park spaces. I had to do a 7 point turn to reverse out of the space.
If I am going shopping, I drive into a car space as the boot is more accessibleThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
