Capital One CPP refund?

Has anyone managed to get a refund via capital one? I called CPP today and got a policy number but due to the date, it doesn't come under their redress scheme.
I just wondered if anyone had dealt with Capital One yet and had any success?

I had no success either they just fobbed me off, saying the dates don't fall in the claim time line.

The CPP scheme only covers the period post 2005. Anything earlier needs to be complained about to the Bank who sold it to you.
Do not go on others experience; if you have a valid complaint it will be upheld. You need to write a complaint letter or fill in the Ombudsman form.
