Back in the days of clamping the above proceeding was also recommended and did bring results when the landowners got involved. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Don't be afraid to do this. Small Claims is very informal. There are no black cloaks or wigs. It's likely to be around a desk or an informal court setting. It's very easy and fairly cheap to lodge a claim, Just make sure that you do you research beforehand to make sure that you don't lose out due to the smallest ommission in your submission.Search my post " PoPLA evidence - What to submit" on what is a good defense for a PoPLA appeal.0

Custard pie thanks for the advice I am as we speak filling in the claim details , as I can only submit a certain amount of lines of text (and it's not that many) what would you say are the main points I should mention as I have read the threads you mentioned and there is so much information in them
Thanks all of you for the help.0 -
I sent the reply to Staples reference getting the" landlords details by return" and I got a reply stating they have passed my enquiry to their estate department as they don't have the details to hand, how long should I give them to come back to me before I name them as a party in the action ?
Also when I name G24's Director in the action do I need his home address or is care of G24 sufficient?
Sorry to keep asking but I am totally out of my depth with this but determined to pursue the company as I think it is so wrong what they are doing .0 -
Good on you and no problem with the questions.
Give Staples a few days - after all, you have SIX years to bring the claim.
Adrian King's address was posted on here a while ago but I can't find it at the moment. Instead, use the G24 registered address below :

You can't just send out a claim form to these companies, you first send out a compliant letter before claim giving them about 28 days to cough up the money, if you don't its likely that your claim will fail. And by the way the claim must be in your daughter's name if she is the registered keeper.
Any claims or notice of claims must be to their registered address, you can get that below
