I got my cheap wheelie bin from www.nowrecycle.co.uk - ordered it online and got it delivered pretty quick and it was under £30.
They also have got some decent garden composters

2recycleplastics sell them for £15 delivery + whatever they think the bin is worth - ones that can't be hooked-on to a council tipper truck go cheapest.
A search on ebay with the used and refurbished options chosen brings-up quite a list, but sorted by distance they all turn out to be miles away with "buyer collects" at the end. Does that mean they're advertising other peoples' bins and charging you for an invite to steal them. That would be wicked wouldn't it? Or maybe these people have found a money-saver's way of travelling by stowing-away in bins sold to people miles away.0
